At The Milk Effect, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of breastfeeding and pumping products, we have strict guidelines to ensure customer safety.

✅ Eligible for Return:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet ALL of the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, in original sealed packaging

• OR the product is opened but clearly unused, with all original parts and packaging intact

• You have proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email]

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
